Sometimes a product is still finding its shape. Sometimes it needs to outgrow it. I like working out which it is

I'm Dariusz Frączyk, a product designer based in Wrocław, Poland. I work with companies developing something new or rethinking a product they already have. I can help shape the idea, work out how it should behave, and design the interface through to implementation.

I like getting close enough to a problem to understand why it's there. How people use the product, how the business operates and how the software is built all shape the design. I'm comfortable joining while those questions are still open and working through them with you.

The visual side matters to me just as much. I enjoy finding a character for a product and carrying it through the whole experience — how information is arranged, how an interaction responds, the typography and the movement. I want the details to feel like they belong together.

Over nineteen years, I've worked independently, run my own studio and led design teams. That experience shapes how I work with clients. I share work while there's still room to change it, explain my decisions and stay involved as engineers build. I'm used to rescoping when time or technology changes what's possible.

I also design for what comes after me. Reusable patterns and clear decisions give your team something it can keep building on — without needing me in the room.

These days, I'm exploring what AI makes possible in products and in my own practice — I use it to generate ideas, build prototypes, and I make tools for the parts of my work I keep coming back to.

Tell me what you're working on and where you need another pair of hands—or another way of looking at it.
